We assess every opportunity with the discipline of a private-credit investor: rigorous diligence on merits, counterparty, jurisdiction, and enforcement; structured terms aware of the downside; alignment with the case team from day one.
Our remit covers commercial litigation, post-insolvency claims, international arbitration, and select group actions across Europe and the wider EMEA region. We invest from EUR 250,000 to EUR 25 million per case.
