Our Capital Model

Avyana provides non-recourse funding. We are repaid from the proceeds of the case if it succeeds, and lose our investment if it does not. The claimant bears no repayment obligation outside that waterfall.

Each commitment is sized to the merits, the expected duration of the matter, and a clear settlement-and-enforcement plan. The waterfall is agreed up front. No hidden charges, no leverage at the case level, and no pressure on settlement decisions or trial conduct.

Capital is drawn against an agreed budget covering legal fees, court costs, expert evidence, and where appropriate, working capital. Our typical cheque sizes range from EUR 250,000 to EUR 25 million per matter; we also provide cross-collateralised facilities for portfolios.
